SECTION 21 - WARRANTY & RETURNS All purchases made through iPyramids are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Return Policy (Stocked Items Only) iPyramids offers a 30-day “Love It or Leave It” return window for select stocked products, beginning on the date of delivery. To qualify, the original buyer must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and follow all instructions provided for the return to be accepted. Returns must include:

● A copy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase
● A brief letter explaining the reason for return
● Your full return address, daytime phone number, and issued RA#
● A check or money order for return shipping, handling, and insurance (amount will be provided at the time of RA# issuance)

All returns must be securely packaged. The buyer is solely responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are issued within 30 days after the item is received and approved.

Non-Refundable Custom & Made-to-Order Products Due to the specialized and handcrafted nature of our technology, the following product collections are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

These items are custom-built and calibrated per order and are considered non-refundable.

International Orders Buyers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping fees, import/export duties, and taxes associated with their order, including those for returns or warranty service. These charges are non-refundable. iPyramids is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that occurs during international shipping.

One-Year Conditional Warranty All iPyramids products are backed by a one-year limited warranty, beginning on the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your unit is found to be defective under normal use:

● We will repair or replace the defective unit at our sole discretion.
● The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
● A valid RA# and proof of purchase is required before sending the product in for service.
● A letter describing the issue, a check/money order for return shipping and insurance, and original packaging (when available) must be included.

This warranty is void if the product has been:

● Tampered with
● Improperly serviced
● Subjected to misuse or neglect
● Damaged accidentally
● Exposed to improper conditions or handling

Third-Party Products Products sold through iPyramids that are not manufactured by iPyramids are not covered under our warranty. They are subject only to the manufacturer’s original warranty and must be serviced through their designated channels.

SECTION 22 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION Before initiating any formal dispute, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern, claim, or dispute through informal negotiation or mediation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, you and iPyramids agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services—including the purchase, warranty, return, or use of any iPyramids products—shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and will take place in Arizona, United States, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Exceptions You may choose to bring an individual claim in small claims court if your claim qualifies. However, you waive the right to pursue or participate in any class action, consolidated, or representative claim.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions You and iPyramids both waive the right to a jury trial and agree that all claims will be brought solely on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

This dispute resolution provision will survive the termination of these Terms of Service and any other agreements between you and iPyramids.

Unauthorized Modifications
