30 DAY LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT GUARANTEE

STOCKING ORDERS:

If you don’t care for the product within the first 30 days, we will replace your item with one more suitable to you or refund your purchase price minus handling costs for restocking. Shipping costs each way will be borne by buyer. Original buyer must first acquire a return authorization number (RA#) and proper shipping address prior to return. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any missing parts or damages to product will be deducted from refund.  All refunds take 30 days to process.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom and non-stocking orders are non-refundable in part or in whole. iPyramids will repair or replace any portion of any custom order to satisfactory condition within the one year warranty period for original buyer. Shipping costs each way will be borne by buyer. Original buyer must first acquire a return authorization number (RA#) and proper shipping address prior to return for repairs or replacement.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Purchases from outside continental US are buyer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs associated with product in any event.

ONE YEAR CONDITIONAL WARRANTY

All iPyramids products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase by original buyer. 
Should the product fail due to factory defect in material or workmanship, your unit will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of iPyramids. Shipping costs each way will be borne by buyer.

RETURNS

Original buyer must first acquire a return authorization number (RA#) and proper shipping address prior to return. Return must include the following items:
* A copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase
* A brief letter indicating your concerns
* Include in your letter your return address, daytime phone number and RA#
* Also include a check or money order for return shipping, handling and insurance as will be indicated with your RA#
* All products must be carefully protected and properly packaged. Damages incurred in shipping to manufacturer will be the exclusive responsibility of buyer

* ALL REFUNDS TAKE 30 DAYS TO PROCESS

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit when it is returned to us prepaid. This warranty will be considered void if the unit was tampered with, improperly serviced or subject to misuse, neglect or accidental damage.

EXCEPTIONS:

All iTorus 5s, 7s, 9s and Vortex Chambers are considered custom and made to order, ineligible for any refund.  Original buyer retains full warranty their item remains in good working order and free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Any products not manufactured by iPyramids sold on this site are subject to original manufacturer’s warranties through their own channels.
