iPyramids Purchase Agreement

iPyramids are exploratory devices designed to interact with BioFields through bio-resonance.

Definition of BioField: An organizing principle for dynamic information flow that regulates biological function and homeostasis. BioField interactions can organize space/time biological processes across hierarchical levels, including the subatomic, atomic, molecular, cellular, organismic, interpersonal, and cosmic levels. These interactions can influence various biological pathways, including biochemical, neurological, and cellular processes related to electromagnetism, correlated quantum information flow, and other hierarchical levels of biology.

30-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee

Stocking Orders: If you are dissatisfied with the product within the first 30 days, we will either replace your item with one more suitable for you or refund your purchase price, minus handling costs for restocking. Shipping costs for both directions will be the responsibility of the buyer. The original buyer must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and the proper shipping address before returning the product. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any missing parts or damages to the product will result in deductions from the refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Custom Orders: Custom and non-stocking orders are non-refundable, either partially or in full. iPyramids will repair or replace any portion of a custom order to satisfactory condition within the one-year warranty period for the original buyer. Shipping costs for both directions will be the responsibility of the buyer. The original buyer must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and the proper shipping address before returning the product for repairs or replacement.

International Orders: For purchases made outside the continental US, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the product under any circumstances.

One Year Conditional Warranty

All iPyramids products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase by the original buyer. Should the product fail due to a factory defect in material or workmanship, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of iPyramids. Shipping costs for both directions will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

The original buyer must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and the proper shipping address before returning any products. The return must include the following items:

• A copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase.
• A brief letter outlining your concerns.
• Your return address, daytime phone number, and RA# included in your letter.
• A check or money order for return shipping, handling, and insurance, as indicated with your RA#.
• All products must be carefully protected and properly packaged. The buyer is exclusively responsible for any damages incurred in shipping to the manufacturer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Warranty Voidance: This warranty is void if the unit has been tampered with, improperly serviced, or subjected to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

Exceptions: All iTorus 5s, 7s, 9s, and Vortex Chambers are custom-made to order and are ineligible for any refund. The original buyer retains a full warranty that their item remains in good working order and free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Any products not manufactured by iPyramids sold on this site are subject to the original manufacturer's warranties through their own channels.
