We offer all existing Bio-Well 1.0 and 2.0 owners the opportunity to upgrade to Bio-Well 3.0 by trading in their old device!

Bio-Well 3.0 is our most advanced and insightful model to date, and provides an enhanced scanning experience as compared to 1.0/2.0.

Previous model owners may purchase a Bio-Well 3.0 for $1,100 USD, nearly 50% off the current retail price ($2,299 USD) - on the condition of trading-in their old device.

However, our Trade-in Program includes an extra money saving step. Previous model owners will not need to pay for shipping to send their device to us. Instead, we will remove the device from our database, making it unusable once this is done. Old devices will become non-functional and therefore cannot be sold or used once removed, making them an excellent, decorative paperweight.

Any Bio-Well 1.0/2.0 owner interested in participating in the Trade-In Program must send their request to the appropriate regional email listed below. Please include:

• Name
• Bio-Well Username
• Shipping details: address and contact phone number
• Device Serial Number (located underneath the device case)
• ChipID (found by clicking the "i" at the upper-right area of the Calibration page within the Bio-Well software).

Requests should be sent from the same email address associated with the existing Bio-Well account.

Given the anticipated volume of program participation, please allow us 1-2 weeks to process your request.
