How to Upgrade:

1. Select your desired chain option above and complete your purchase.

2. Print your order confirmation email or receipt.

   • You’ll receive it right after checkout — it includes your order number, which helps us process your upgrade quickly.

3. Mail your current IZ Pendant along with the printed receipt to:

4. Once received, we’ll swap out your chain and ship it back upgraded and energized.
